The purpose of our business is to preform legal services like checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document that is being signed, making sure legal documents are authentic, as well as collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all signatures required on documents.

Our mobile notaries are friendly, certified, experienced, and reliable. We are also licensed and insured.
Acknowledgments and Jurats or proofs of signature $15 per signature
Administering Oath and Affirmations $6
Swearing a witness for a Deposition $6
Mobile Fee (Up to 20 miles) $20
For each additional mile is $1 (Example 25 miles = $25)
The table below lists each notarial act and the state fee.
Single Loan Closing (20 miles of travel included) $150

Printing of electronic documents $30

Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign. $50
