Mission Statement

We are a group of residents that are working together in unity to serve, uplift, and better our community. We have been elected by you to be a voice for all and to bridge the communication between the residents and the Quincy Housing Authority.

The Harborview Residents Committee Inc. (HRCI) is an authority-wide Quincy Housing resident board representing families living in Snug Harbor, Riverview and West Acres.

The role of HRCI is to improve the quality of life and resident satisfaction and participate in the self-help initiatives that enable residents to create a positive living environment for families living in public housing.

Resident boards actively participate through working partnerships with Quincy Housing Authority to advise and assist in all aspects of public housing operations.
