Submit your work

To submit your mini-quilt for the virtual Quilt Your Science 2021 display, there are two quick and easy steps:

[1] Complete this form to provide the supporting information to go along with your quilt in the virtual display. Please have ready the following information:

• Title of your quilt, 10 words or less

• Description of the quilt, 300 words or less (Note that the program we are using for the virtual display does not allow special characters or formatting - the description must be in plain text and will appear as one paragraph)

• Dimensions of the mini-quilt, in inches (Note that the quilt must be between 12 inches and 24 inches on each side)

• Date of when you completed the quilt

[2] Email us at sciquilt21@gmail.com one photo of your quilt for the display as JPG, JPEG, or PNG. By emailing us a photo, you are giving us permission to include the quilt in the Quilt Your Science 2021 virtual display. Your quilt image should not include any people - only the quilt.

Deadline for online submissions is November 15

We will follow-up with you once the virtual display is complete and we finalize details of our December 2021 celebration.
