Quiet: Photo Vault Calculator · Effective 15 September 2026
Vault is built to be private by design. Everything you add is encrypted and kept on your device. We do not have an account system, we do not track you, we show no ads, and we cannot see the contents of your vault.
Quiet: Photo Vault Calculator (“Vault”, “the app”) is developed by Md. Nasar Uddin Redoy (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. Questions? Email developer.nasar416@gmail.com.
No account, no sign-up. You use the app without giving us any personal details.
On-device encryption. Your photos, videos, files and notes are encrypted on your iPhone or iPad and protected by a PIN that only you know.
We can’t read your vault. Your PIN is never sent to us and is not stored on any server we control. Without it, your content — including any backup — is unreadable.
No tracking, no ads, no analytics SDKs. We do not collect your activity, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers.
We do not collect or receive your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, videos, files, notes, or your PIN. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or share data with data brokers or advertisers.
The items you import — photos, videos, documents, audio, archives and secure notes — are stored in an encrypted form inside the app’s private storage on your device. They are unlocked only when you enter your PIN. If you enable the calculator disguise, the app opens as a working calculator and reveals the vault only after your PIN is entered. An optional decoy PIN opens a separate, harmless vault; it is never backed up and is not linked to your real vault.
You may turn on iCloud backup so your vault can be restored on a new device. When enabled:
Your items are backed up to your own private iCloud account (Apple’s iCloud), inside a container tied to this app. We do not operate this storage and cannot access it.
The backup remains encrypted with your PIN, so it is unreadable without it — even to Apple or to us.
Backup is off by default until you choose to enable it, and can be turned off or deleted at any time in the app.
Apple’s handling of iCloud is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Vault offers optional paid plans (weekly, yearly, and a one-time lifetime purchase). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see or receive your card or payment details. To manage subscriptions and unlock purchased features across your devices, we use RevenueCat, which receives the App Store transaction information and a random, app-generated identifier. This is used only to verify your purchase and restore access; it is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising.

Photo Library — so you can import photos and videos into your vault, and (only if you choose) remove the originals from your library after import, or save items back to it. Access is used only when you perform these actions.
Files — the system file picker lets you import documents and other files you select. The app only receives the files you choose.
Face ID / Touch ID — if you enable biometric unlock, authentication is handled entirely by iOS. The app never accesses your biometric data; it only receives a yes/no result from the system.
Because your data lives on your device (and, if enabled, in your own iCloud), you are in control:
Delete any item, album or note inside the app at any time.
“Delete iCloud backup” removes this app’s backup folder from your iCloud.
Deleting (uninstalling) the app removes its local data from that device.
Your content is encrypted on-device and protected by your PIN. We recommend keeping your PIN private and enabling iCloud backup if you want to be able to recover your vault after losing or replacing a device. No method of storage is 100% guaranteed, but we design the app so that your content stays under your control and is not readable by us.
Vault is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
