Terms & Conditions — Quiebit

1. Introduction

Welcome to Image Resizer Pro ("the App"), a mobile application developed by Quiebit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• App: The image compression application provided by Quiebit.

• User: Any person who downloads, installs, or uses the App.

• Content: Any photos, images, or files uploaded, processed, or stored by the User in the App.

3. App Use

The App provides tools to compress, resize, and convert images. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and according to these Terms.

4. License to Use

Quiebit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your compatible device, subject to these Terms.

5. User Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of the images and files you upload.

• You are solely responsible for the content you process using the App. Do not upload images that violate copyrights, privacy, or any laws.

• By using the App, you confirm that you have the right to process and compress the images you upload.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the App to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal content.

• Infringe copyrighted material or privacy rights.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

7. Subscriptions and Payments (If applicable)

If the App offers premium features or subscriptions, payment terms will be displayed in-app. All purchases are subject to the store (Google Play / App Store) policies and may be non-refundable as per those policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (design, code, trademarks) are owned by Quiebit or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App beyond the permitted license.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party libraries or services (for analytics, ads, cloud storage). Those services have their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Quiebit disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiebit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiebit and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms in the App and indicate the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamilnadu - India.
