Quickwin Studio Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") collects, uses and provides personal information based on the consent of users, and actively guarantees the rights of users (the right to self-determination of personal information). The Company complies with relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, personal information protection regulations and guidelines that information and communication service providers must comply with.


“Personal Information Processing Policy” refers to the guidelines that the company must adhere to in order to protect users’ valuable personal information and allow users to use the service with confidence.


1. Items of personal information collected
1.1. The company strives to collect the minimum amount of personal information from users, and collects information such as [device unique number (device ID or IMEI or ADID), user ID] when signing up for membership. 

1.2. Information such as [email, gender, age, region, service use history, app installation/use history, bad use history, visit time, friend invitation history, event sharing history, device phone number] may be generated and collected during the service use or processing process. 

1.3 The following personal information is collected when logging in to external platforms such as social media.

 • When using a Facebook account: public profile (name), email address 

• When using a Google account: public profile (name), email address 

• When using an Apple account: public profile (name), email address 

• When using a Twitter account: public profile (name), email address 

• When using a Line account: public profile (name), email address 

* When signing up for membership through external platform authentication, no other personal information is stored other than the information above.

3. Purpose of collection and use of personal information
3.1. It is used to identify users, prevent fraudulent use by bad members, and confirm membership registration. 

3.2. It is used to provide services to users and process inquiries or complaints from users during service use, and deliver notices, etc. 

3.3. It is also used to deliver information to notify participation opportunities when new services are developed or events are held, and for marketing and advertising. 

3.4. It is also used to analyze users' service use records and access frequency, and statistics on service use, and to provide customized services and improve services through this.


4. Sharing and Provision of Personal Information
 "Company" uses the personal information of "Members" within the scope notified in "2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information" and does not use it beyond the scope or provide the personal information of "Members" to external parties without the prior consent of the "Members". However, the following cases are exceptions. 

4.1. When "Members" have agreed to disclosure in advance

5. Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information
“Company” is not currently providing or entrusting personal information for service provision. In the future, when personal information is provided or entrusted, it will be carried out and announced in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.


6. Period of retention and use of personal information
In principle, the personal information of a "member" shall be destroyed without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved: Provided, That the following information shall be preserved for the period specified for the following reasons.

If it is necessary to preserve it according to the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the company keeps the member information for a certain period of time set by the relevant laws and regulations. In this case, the company uses the information it keeps for the purpose of its storage only, and the retention period is as follows.

7. Procedures and methods for destroying personal information
After the purpose of collecting and using personal information on the user's personal information is achieved, the relevant information shall be destroyed without delay: Provided, That the information to be stored under the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes shall be stored and destroyed for a period prescribed by Acts and subordinate statutes. At this time, personal information to be stored and managed separately shall not be used for any other purpose unless prescribed by Acts and subordinate statutes.

In the case of electronic file form, completely delete it using technical methods to prevent it from being restored and reproduced, and in the case of records, prints, documents, etc., it is crushed or incinerated.


8. Rights of "members" and legal representatives and methods of exercising them
8.1. Users can inquire or modify their personal information in "Profile Management" within "Game" at any time.

8.2. Users can withdraw their consent to collect and use personal information at any time through 'account withdrawal' or 'customer center inquiries'.

8.3. When a user requests the withdrawal or deletion of the consent to collect and use personal information through "account withdrawal" or "customer center inquiries", the personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the user shall be processed as specified in Article 6 "Holding and Use Period of Personal Information" collected by the "Company" and shall not be viewed or used for other purposes.

8.4. For children under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to inquire or modify the child's personal information, and to withdraw the consent to collect and use.

8.5. If a user requests correction of an error in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. Also, if the wrong personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction process without delay so that the correction can be made.


9. Technical/administrative protection measures for personal information
The "Company" takes the following technical and administrative measures to ensure the safety of personal information in handling the personal information of "Members" so that it is not lost, stolen, leaked, tampered with or damaged.

9.1. Countermeasures against hacking, etc

The Company does its best to prevent "Members" personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. We back up data from time to time in preparation for damage to personal information, use the latest security programs to prevent leakage or damage to "Members" personal information, and securely transmit personal information on the network through encrypted communications. We also use an intrusion prevention system to control unauthorized access from the outside and strive to be equipped with all possible technical devices to ensure systematic security.

9.2. Minimization and training of handling staff

The company's personal information handling staff is limited to those in charge, and a separate password is given to update it regularly, and compliance with the personal information handling policy is always emphasized through frequent training of the person in charge.


10. Install/operate and deny automatic personal information collection devices
This service provided by the company does not use 'cookies' that store user information and call it up from time to time.
