Sandra Roycroft-Davis is a Harley Street behavioural change specialist. Sandra qualified as a cognitive hypnotherapist at the Quest Institute and is an NLP Master Practitioner. She has spent years studying the psychology of eating and weight control and is a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Obesity.

Trevor Silvester is the Voice of the Slimpods and the genius behind cognitive hypnotherapy. He practises in Harley Street and founded and runs the world-renowned Quest Institute. Trevor is the author of many highly-acclaimed books and has received the National Council for Hypnotherapy’s highest honour, the Hartland Memorial Award.

Bex Silvester supervises our online personal support service, drawing on many years of experience in the benefits of cognitive hypnotherapy to offer caring advice, support and encouragement to our customers. Bex has been a member of the United Kingdom Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations’ executive committee.

In February 2009 in Harley Street, Sandra had a moment of inspiration that was going to be life changing for people the world over. The dream was to make a difference to the lives millions of people who suffer an endless struggle with their weight. That dream is becoming a reality.
