This Privacy Policy describes how Flag Application Company (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile application “Quick Search - Android TV” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. The App and your dataThe App is an independent search assistant. It is not a full web browser. It helps you search and view web content (including through an embedded web view). Some links or unsupported domains may open in your device’s default system browser; that browser’s privacy terms apply there.
3. Information the App may process
3.1 Data stored on your deviceTo provide core features, the App may store information locally on your device, such as bookmarks, browsing history, downloads list, tabs, and similar app data. This local data is not automatically transmitted to Flag Application Company. It remains on your device unless you clear it in the App or remove the App.
3.2 Voice inputIf you use voice search, your device’s operating system and/or speech recognition services may process audio from your microphone. That processing is governed by your device manufacturer and platform provider (for example Google on Android) under their own privacy policies. Granting microphone permission is required only if you choose to use voice features.
3.3 Web content and third-party servicesWhen you visit websites or online services inside the App, those third parties may collect information through cookies, scripts, and their own practices. We do not control third-party sites. Please review the privacy policies of the services you use (such as search engines or AI assistant web interfaces).
3.4 Technical informationLike most apps, the App may rely on Android and app distribution platforms (such as Google Play) which can collect limited technical or diagnostic information according to your device and store settings (for example crash reporting or aggregated statistics). Flag Application Company does not sell your personal information.
4. How we use informationWe use information as needed to operate the App: to display content, remember your preferences and local data you choose to save, enable voice input where you opt in, maintain security, and comply with law.
5. Sharing of informationWe do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful request from public authorities.
6. Data retentionLocal App data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Retention by third-party websites or platform services follows their own policies.

8. Your rightsDepending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, and to object or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 9. SecurityWe encourage you to keep your device updated and protect your device with a strong lock screen. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.
10. International usersThe App may be available in multiple countries. If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where you, your device, or service providers are located, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to this policyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
