Deleting selected files
are performed entirely on your device.
Your photos, videos, and files are never uploaded to our servers. We do not operate any servers that receive or store your personal files or media.
2. Photos and Videos Permission
The App requests permission to access your device's photos and videos solely to:
Detect duplicate photos
Detect similar photos
Detect duplicate videos
Display media files for your review
Help you manage storage
All scanning and comparison are performed locally on your device.
Your photos and videos are never copied, uploaded, shared, or transmitted to us or any third party.
3. Storage Permission
Depending on your Android version, the App may request storage access to:
Scan files stored on your device
Detect duplicate media
Detect large files
Display storage information
The App accesses only the files necessary to provide these features.
4. File Deletion
The App never deletes any file automatically.
Files are removed only after you manually select them and confirm the deletion action.
You remain in complete control of which files are deleted from your device.
5. Your Choices
You can opt out of personalized advertising via your device's Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
You can reset your Advertising ID at any time from your device settings.
You can revoke camera permission at any time via Android Settings > Apps > QR Code Scanner & Creator > Permissions. Note: scanning will not function without camera access.
6. Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal data on our own servers, we do not retain any personal data. Locally stored scan/creation history remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through third-party services used in this App, please contact us so we can address it.
8. Security
Because no personal data is transmitted to or stored by us, there is no server-side data of yours for us to secure. Data handled by Google's services is protected under Google's own security practices.
