Our app allows users to create, manage, and export professional resumes using HTML/CSS-based templates.

• Personal Information: Name, email address (via Google Authentication), contact details, educational background, work history, skills, and certifications.

• Media Files: Profile images selected by the user via the Android Image Picker or MediaStore API.

• Device Information: Technical logs, OS version, and app performance data for debugging purposes.

2. How We Handle Your Data (Storage & Technologies)

We use modern Android architecture to ensure your data is handled securely:

• Firebase Authentication: We use Google Sign-In to verify your identity and secure your account.

• Local Storage (Room Database): Your resume data (text and image references) is stored locally on your device using an MVVM-based Room Database. This ensures your data remains under your control.

• MediaStore API & SAF: We use the Android Photo Picker and Storage Access Framework (SAF) to let you securely select and upload profile photos without requiring broad "All Files Access" permissions.

• Print Manager: We utilize the Android Print Framework to convert your HTML/CSS templates into high-quality PDF documents for saving or printing.

3. Use of Information

Your data is used specifically for:

• Generating and exporting professional resumes.

• Synchronizing profiles across devices (via Firebase).

• Personalizing app templates and user experience.

• Displaying relevant ads through AdMob and Meta Audience Network.

4. Data Safety & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption: Data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted.

• Local Privacy: Since we use Room Database, your primary data stays on your device unless you choose to sync or export it.

• No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Internet: For Firebase Authentication and Ad loading.

• Media/Gallery: To select profile pictures (using the secure Android Image Picker).

• Storage (via SAF): To save your exported PDF resumes to your selected folder.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

• Local Data: Clearing app data or uninstalling the app will remove all records stored in the Room Database.
