Welcome to QuickResize (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use QuickResize. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the App

QuickResize provides tools for resizing, modifying, and editing photos.

All photo processing and editing occur directly on your device. QuickResize does not upload, sync, or transmit your photos, image metadata, or edits to any external servers unless you manually export or share content using your device’s native sharing features.

QuickResize offers an optional one-time purchase that may provide:

• Unlimited edits
  
  

• Removal of in-app advertisements
  
  

• Access to current and future premium features (if available)
  
  

The one-time purchase is not required to use the App.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership and all rights to the images and content (“User Content”) that you import into or edit using QuickResize.

3.2 Local Data Handling

User Content is processed and stored strictly on your device. OrionCore does not access, view, store, or transfer any of your photos.

3.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• ensuring you have the legal right to edit imported photos,
  
  

• the content you create or modify within the App,
  
  

• compliance with applicable copyright and privacy laws.
  
  

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use QuickResize to:

• create or manipulate images for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes,
  
  

• violate intellectual property rights,
  
  

• reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App’s code or security,
  
  

• distribute harmful, misleading, or deceptive content.
  
  

5. One-Time Purchase Terms

QuickResize may offer a one-time paid purchase through your device’s app store.

• Payment, billing, and refunds are handled exclusively by the app store platform.
  
  

• OrionCore does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
  
  

• Purchased premium features are tied to your app store account and subject to the app store’s restoration and re-download policies.
  
  

• Availability of premium features may vary by version, platform, or region.
  
  

Ad-free and premium functionality apply only to users who have completed the one-time purchase.

6. Privacy

QuickResize processes all photo data locally and does not collect personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

QuickResize and its related assets are the intellectual property of OrionCore or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App except where legally permitted.

8. Updates

OrionCore may deliver updates to improve functionality, performance, or security. Continued use of the App after an update signifies acceptance of any changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuickResize is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. OrionCore does not guarantee uninterrupted performance or suitability for a particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrionCore is not liable for:

• loss, corruption, or damage to photos or data,
  
  

• device malfunctions or performance issues,
  
  

• indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
  
  

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

11. Termination

You may stop using QuickResize at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

12. Changes to These Terms

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected by OrionCore

OrionCore does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Photos you edit
  
  

• Image metadata
  
  

• Personal identity information
  
  

• Editing history
  
  

• Usage analytics
  
  

All photo editing takes place locally on your device.

Local app data (such as purchase status and preferences) may be stored only on your device to support functionality.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Ads (Google AdMob)

When ads are displayed, Google may collect:

• Device identifiers
  
  

• IP address (for region-based ad delivery)
  
  

• Device and app usage information
  
  

• Ad interaction events
  
  

• Approximate location (non-GPS)
  
  

This data may be used by Google for ad delivery, personalization (where permitted), analytics, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.

Users who complete the one-time purchase will not see ads, and therefore no AdMob data collection will occur during ad-free use.

3. How Information Is Used

OrionCore does not use personal data.

Google AdMob may use automatically collected data to:

4. Children’s Privacy

QuickResize is not directed at children under the age of 13.
In applicable regions, age-restricted users may receive non-personalized ads.

OrionCore does not share user data.

Data collected by Google AdMob may be shared with authorized service providers in accordance with Google’s policies. OrionCore does not control third-party data processing.

6. Opt-Out Options

Users may disable personalized ads through:

Users who purchase the ad-free upgrade will not see ads regardless of ad personalization settings.

7. Data Security

QuickResize does not transmit personal data to OrionCore servers.
Any data processed by Google AdMob is managed under Google’s security practices.

8. Purchase-Related Data

All purchases are processed and stored by the app store platform.
OrionCore does not receive payment details or personal financial information.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may manage, access, or restrict data collected by Google or app store platforms using their respective tools and settings.

10. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance.
