If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the application.
QuickPV is intended exclusively as a professional photovoltaic pre-design and engineering support tool.
The application assists users during the early stages of project development but does not replace detailed engineering, structural analysis, electrical design, geotechnical studies, permitting, environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, or professional engineering judgment.
QuickPV grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or resell the application, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from QuickPV.
Users agree to use QuickPV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all calculations, layouts, engineering assumptions, reports, recommendations, and project configurations before construction, procurement, permitting, financing, investment, or implementation.
Future versions of QuickPV may include optional cloud synchronization, user accounts, subscriptions, web services, artificial intelligence features, integrations with third-party platforms, and additional engineering tools.
The use of these services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
All software, source code, algorithms, calculations, graphics, user interface elements, documentation, trademarks, logos, reports, and other intellectual property associated with QuickPV remain the exclusive property of QuickPV.
No ownership rights are transferred to users beyond the limited license granted under these Terms.
QuickPV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Although reasonable efforts are made to improve the accuracy and reliability of the application, QuickPV does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every project or engineering application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickPV and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, financial, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.
This limitation includes, but is not limited to, losses related to engineering decisions, construction, procurement, permitting, investment, business interruption, data loss, or project delays.
QuickPV reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time.
If future updates introduce significant changes to these Terms, subscription services, paid features, or the way the application operates, users will be notified through an application update, the official QuickPV website, or other appropriate communication channels before such changes become effective.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of QuickPV shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Chile.
