1. At-Will Service:
Quick Hauls WNC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, violations of policy, or inappropriate behavior.
2. GPS Tracking:
All trailers are equipped with GPS tracking for safety, theft prevention, and route monitoring. By renting from Quick Hauls WNC, you agree to the use of this technology.
3. Refundable Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be returned within 3–5 business days after the trailer is returned in acceptable condition with no damage, excessive mess, or policy violations.
4. Mileage Policy:
Rental pricing includes mileage within a defined local radius. Any use beyond this area will incur additional mileage fees.
5. Material Handling:
Customers are responsible for properly loading acceptable materials. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, flammable materials, chemicals, and items restricted by local regulations.
6. No Retrieval Policy:
Quick Hauls WNC does not retrieve or load materials. Renters are solely responsible for loading and unloading unless otherwise agreed upon under special contract terms.
7. Situational Costs:
Most rentals go smoothly, but in some cases—like if the trailer is overloaded, contains restricted items, runs past the rental period, or needs more than usual cleanup—there may be some extra costs. We’ll always explain what’s going on and keep it fair.
8. Client Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the trailer from delivery to pickup. This includes securing the load, preventing unauthorized use, and ensuring it remains undamaged and in the agreed-upon location.
9. Rental Agreement Acknowledgement:
All renters must agree to these Terms & Service Policies before the rental is confirmed. Use of our services indicates full acceptance of all listed terms.
10. Equipment & Vehicle Requirements:
Renters must have a compatible ball hitch and a vehicle rated to safely tow the loaded trailer. If a renter fills the trailer and is then unable to tow or move it, the full dumping fee will be charged and a labor cost will be applied for the removal and disposal.
