If you have an account with My Grocery App and wish to delete it along with your associated personal data, you can request deletion by:
Sending an email to adityapurohit2002@gmail.com from the same email address used for your account
Including the subject line: Account Deletion Request
In the email body, please provide:
Your full name (as registered in the app)
Your registered email address or phone number
A short confirmation: "I request deletion of my My Quick Grocer App account and associated data."
When we process your account deletion request:
Your personal information (name, email, phone, address, saved payment methods) will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
Your account will no longer be accessible.
We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, even after account deletion:
Transaction history and invoices (retained for up to 1 year) for accounting and tax compliance.
Records required by applicable laws and regulations.
After the retention period expires, this data will also be permanently deleted.
We will process account deletion requests within 7 business days from receiving a valid request.
In rare cases (e.g., legal or operational delays), processing may take up to 30 days.
If you wish to delete specific data (e.g., addresses, saved cards) without deleting your account, you can contact us at adityapurohit2002@gmail.com with the subject line Partial Data Deletion Request.
