Click on three dots in google form, then click ADD-ON tab, search QuickExam in search bar, install Exam ADD-ON

Click "QuickExam" from the puzzle piece menu at the top of the Google Form editor, and then click "Show QuickExam Controls", as shown

Click "Always" to conduct exam at any time for fixed time duration, click "Dated Exam" to conduct exam at fixed date and time for fixed time duration, as shown
