Quick Quote Maker helps users create professional estimates and quote documents. The app is designed to work primarily on the user's device.

Information Stored on the Device

Business profile details, client details, quote line items, notes, taxes, discounts, totals, and generated PDF files are stored locally on the user's device. The developer does not operate a server that stores this quote content.

Advertising, Consent, and Analytics

Quick Quote Maker uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and rewarded advertisements. It also uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy consent where required.

Quick Quote Maker uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate app usage and improve the product. Analytics events may include app opens, quote editor opens, document creation or update with document type and item count, PDF sharing outcomes, paywall views, purchase flow outcomes, purchase price and currency, and advertising interactions. The app does not send client names, client contact details, quote text, PDF contents, or quote monetary amounts to Firebase Analytics.

Google services may automatically collect or process information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information, app instance information, and device or other identifiers. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Data transmitted by these services is encrypted in transit. Where required, consent and privacy choices are presented before eligible data collection and users can revisit available privacy options in the app.

Payments

If the user purchases a premium feature, payment is processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive the user's full payment card details. Purchase information is handled according to Google Play's policies.

Sharing and PDF Export

When the user exports a PDF or shares quote content, the selected destination or third-party application handles the shared data based on the user's explicit action.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored quote and business data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app. Data handled by Google services is retained according to Google's policies.

Children

Quick Quote Maker is intended for general business use and is not designed specifically for children under 13.
