Open QuickBooks Desktop.
Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us. This opens the Help window.
Tip: you can also press F1 on your keyboard to open the Help window.
Use the Search questions, keywords, or topics field to enter your question.
You’ll get a list of related articles.
If you don’t get the answers you need, select Contact Us in the help window. You can choose between getting a callback or chatting with us.
Tip: If you don’t see the Help menu, check your screen settings in QuickBooks Desktop or update its version.
