Privacy Policy for Queue Pilot for Gemini
Last Updated: September 15, 2026
Queue Pilot for Gemini ("we," "our," or "the extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome Extension operates, how data is handled, and why your personal information remains strictly private.
1. Information Collection and Storage
Queue Pilot for Gemini does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, prompt content, or user activity to external servers.
All extension operations take place strictly on your local device within your web browser:
Prompts & Queue Data: Any prompts you type, import, or queue are saved exclusively in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local and localStorage).
Settings & Preferences: Your custom extension settings—such as keybinds, error handling rules, theme preferences, and sound settings—are stored locally on your device.
No Remote Servers: We do not maintain external database servers, analytics servers, or tracking systems. Your prompt history and data never leave your browser.
2. Third-Party Services & Payments
If you choose to purchase or manage a Pro license, subscription billing is processed securely through ExtensionPay (an authorized third-party payment provider for browser extensions).
Payments are handled directly by ExtensionPay and its underlying payment processor (Stripe).
Queue Pilot for Gemini does not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, banking details, or billing addresses.
The extension only receives an automated verification token stored locally in your browser to check whether your account has active Pro status.
3. Permissions Used
Queue Pilot for Gemini requests minimal permissions required exclusively to provide core functionality:
Storage (storage): Used to save your queued prompts, extension settings, and UI preferences locally in your browser.
Notifications (notifications): Used strictly to send an optional desktop alert when a batch queue finishes running.
Host Permissions (Google Gemini Domain): Used to attach the control dock above the input field, inject queued prompts into the text editor, and detect generation status directly on the web page.
4. Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer any user data to third parties under any circumstances. Since no data is transmitted to us, there is no user data stored on remote infrastructure to be shared or compromised.
5. Data Retention and Control
You retain complete control over your data at all times:
You can clear all queued prompts and saved settings at any time directly through the extension's Studio Drawer.
Uninstalling the Queue Pilot extension from Chrome will automatically delete all stored local data and settings created by the extension.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect functional updates or regulatory changes. Any updates will be posted directly to this site with a revised "Last Updated" date.
