QuestPop respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the QuestPop mobile application.

• Account information such as your username and profile/avatar selection

• Google account information when you choose Google Sign-In

• Anonymous account information if you use Guest mode

• Gameplay data including scores, XP, coins, streaks, challenge completion, achievements, rewards, and leaderboard information

• Device and app information required for app functionality, security, analytics, notifications, and advertising

• Advertising identifiers and related information used by advertising services

QuestPop does not ask users to provide sensitive personal information such as financial account details, government identification numbers, or passwords.

2. How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• Create and manage your QuestPop account

• Save and synchronize your game progress

• Maintain scores, streaks, rewards, achievements, and leaderboards

• Provide personalized in-app functionality

• Prevent abuse, fraud, or manipulation of game results

• Improve app performance and reliability

• Show advertisements

• Provide rewarded advertisements and in-app coin rewards

• Send app-related notifications where enabled

3. Google Firebase

QuestPop uses Google Firebase services for features such as authentication, cloud data storage, and app functionality.

Firebase may process information such as account identifiers, app usage information, device information, and technical data according to Google's privacy policies.

4. Google Sign-In

Users may choose to sign in using their Google account.

When Google Sign-In is used, QuestPop may receive basic account information required to authenticate the user, such as a Google account identifier and profile information made available through the sign-in process.

QuestPop does not receive or store your Google account password.

5. Advertising and Google AdMob

QuestPop uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

AdMob may collect or process information including:

• Advertising identifiers

• Device information

• IP address

• Ad interaction information

• Approximate location derived from network information

• Other information required to provide, measure, personalize, and protect advertising services

QuestPop may offer rewarded advertisements. When a user successfully completes an eligible rewarded advertisement, QuestPop may provide an in-app reward such as coins.

Advertising services are provided according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

6. Advertising Privacy Choices

Where required by applicable law, QuestPop may use Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent or provide privacy choices.

If available for your region, you may be able to review or change certain advertising privacy preferences through the Privacy choices option inside QuestPop.

7. Leaderboards

QuestPop may display game-related information on leaderboards, such as:

• Username

• Avatar

• Score

• Ranking

• Challenge or weekly performance

Do not use personally sensitive information as your QuestPop username.

8. Local Storage

QuestPop stores certain information locally on your device to provide features such as:

• Game progress

• Coins and XP

• Streaks

• Cosmetics

• Daily challenge information

• Advertising frequency limits

Account-specific information is stored separately for each QuestPop account where applicable.

9. Notifications

QuestPop may send local notifications related to daily challenges, streak reminders, weekly results, or other app features.

You can disable notifications through your device settings.

10. Data Sharing

QuestPop does not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers required to operate the app, including services such as:

• Google Firebase

• Google Sign-In

• Google AdMob

• Google Play services

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information associated with QuestPop.

However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

QuestPop may retain account and gameplay information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account functionality, comply with legal requirements, or protect the integrity of the app.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their QuestPop account and associated data.

A more direct account deletion option may also be provided within the application as QuestPop develops.

QuestPop is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

Where applicable, advertising consent and privacy choices may differ depending on the user's region and applicable law.
