Question Papers Hub is an educational application that allows users to browse, view, access, download, share, and save university question papers.

The App does not provide a feature for users to upload PDF files or other documents.

2. Information We Collect

Question Papers Hub does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as their name, phone number, or email address to use the App.

The App may use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase to provide advertising and application functionality. These services may automatically process certain technical information as described below.

3. Question Paper Content and Google Drive

Question Papers Hub provides access to educational question-paper PDFs.

The question-paper PDFs are uploaded to Google Drive by the application developer or administrator outside of the mobile application. The resulting document links are stored in the application's Firebase/Cloud Firestore database.

Users cannot upload PDF files to Question Papers Hub through the App.

The Google Drive files are used only as the hosting location for question-paper documents made available through the App.

When a user selects a question paper, the App may open or provide access to the corresponding Google Drive or other document URL.

Question Papers Hub does not use the App to collect or upload users' personal documents, photographs, or PDF files.

Third-party services such as Google Drive may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

4. Firebase and Cloud Firestore

Question Papers Hub uses Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore to store and retrieve application content.

The Firestore database may contain information such as:

• Stream/course names

• Semester information

• Subject names

• Examination years

• Question-paper titles

• Question-paper metadata

• Links to question-paper PDFs hosted on Google Drive or other supported locations

This information is application content and is not intended to contain users' personal information.

The App does not require users to create an account to access this content.

Firebase may process certain technical information necessary to provide, secure, and operate its services, depending on the Firebase services and configuration used by the App.

5. Favorites and Local Storage

Question Papers Hub allows users to save question papers as favorites.

Favorite information may be stored locally on the user's device using Android local storage/database technology, including Room Database.

This information is used only to provide the Favorites feature.

Favorites are not uploaded to our Firebase database as part of the normal operation of the App.

Users can remove locally stored favorites by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

6. Advertising and Google AdMob

Question Papers Hub uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain information, which may include:

• IP address

• Advertising ID or other device/account identifiers

• App interactions

• Information about advertisements viewed or interacted with

• Diagnostic information

Question-paper content and related metadata stored in Firebase may be retained for as long as necessary to provide and maintain the App and its educational content.

Question-paper PDFs hosted on Google Drive may remain available for as long as the developer/administrator chooses to provide the associated educational content.

Information processed by third-party services such as Google may be retained according to their respective policies and applicable legal requirements.

11. Data Deletion

Because Question Papers Hub does not require users to create accounts, the App does not maintain user accounts that can be deleted.

Users can remove locally stored App data, including favorites, through Android device settings:

1. Open Android Settings.

2. Open Apps or Application Management.

3. Select Question Papers Hub.

4. Select Storage.

5. Select Clear Data.

Users can also uninstall the App.

Clearing App data or uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete information independently processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase, or Google Drive.

12. Children's Privacy

Question Papers Hub is a general educational application and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

The App does not require users to create accounts or provide personal information to use its core features.
