Quest Leveling

This privacy policy applies to the Quest Leveling app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Krishna Yadav (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Data Storage and Privacy

The Application is designed with privacy at its core. It does not require you to create an account, register, or log in. All user-generated data (including quests, habits, stats, and progress) is stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit this personal data to any external servers.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payment transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). The Service Provider does not collect, process, or have access to your financial information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials. Apple may collect anonymous purchase history data to manage your subscription. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your payment data.

3. Location Information

This Application does not request, collect, or track precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

4. Third-Party Access

Since the Application operates locally and does not collect personal data, no user data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The only data processed externally is handled directly by Apple for the strict purposes of facilitating In-App Purchases and providing anonymized crash reports or opt-in App Store analytics.

5. Your Opt-Out Rights

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can stop all processing of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the Application will permanently delete your locally stored data. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your Apple device.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Because the Application does not collect personal data, no personally identifiable information from children is stored or transmitted by the Service Provider. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact the Service Provider at krishna777apple@icloud.com so that necessary actions can be taken.

7. Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Because the Application relies on local on-device storage and Apple's secure App Store infrastructure for payments, the risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized external individuals is eliminated by design.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for operational or legal reasons. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
