Dear expert, thank you for agreeing to take part in our project: Quality Evaluation of Open Source Software Ecosystems (OSSECOS). The goal of this survey is to configure the QuESo-Model, (based on the knowledge and experience of domain experts i.e., software ecosystems experts and open source software experts). The survey should take around 20 minutes to complete.
As an expert, you are invited to provide judgement about the feasibility of the QuESo-model subcharacteristics and measures in order to evaluate the Eclipse-OSSECO quality in a specific context.
The results of this survey will be used for evaluating the quality of the Eclipse-OSSECO. It will be published in a PhD thesis document and a journal paper.
Your contribution is extremely important for our research.
We are very grateful for your kind collaboration! .

1.1 Background
QuESo, is a quality model for the quality assessment of OSSECOs, in this link, we explain the QuESo quality model in detail. The list of measures of the QuESo-model is presented here.
1.2 Instructions
The survey is divided into three parts: (1) first part is to establish the scenario that provides the Eclipse-OSSECO context-assessment ;(2) second part, has questions related to determine the significance of QuESo-model measures in order to evaluate the Eclipse-OSSECO in the scenario defined in step 1; and finally (3) evaluates the perceived usefulness of the QuESo-model.
1.3 Data Sources
In our approach, we used three types of data sources for gathering the Eclipse mesures data: (1) historical data provided by the Bitergia Analytics dashboard from 2002 to 2014 (2); the Eclipse-OSSECO web sites; and, (3) the Eclipse-OSSECO git repsoitories.
