I am a PhD student in Philosophy at Johns Hopkins University, advised by EJ Green. 

My work is on the nature of consciousness in human and non-human animals. I am guided by scientific and phenomenological methods, with a foundation in psychology and biology.

I love philosophy for the sense of adventure and its logical delights. In my spare time, I climb rocks and play chess, tennis, and soccer.
