Queltara ("the App") is operated by Artur Araya Caravaeva ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when you use Queltara.

Queltara does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information.
The App may collect the following information:
• Approximate or precise location data (with your permission) to display activities and attractions near you.
• Usage and analytics information through Google Firebase Analytics.
• Technical information necessary for the operation and improvement of the App.
2. Location Data
Queltara may request access to your device's location to provide nearby attractions, activities, and points of interest.
Location access is optional. Users may deny location access and continue using the App by manually selecting cities and destinations.
3. Analytics
Queltara uses Google Firebase Analytics to better understand how users interact with the App. Analytics data may include:
• Device type
• Operating system version
• General usage patterns
• App performance information
This information is collected in an aggregated and anonymized manner whenever possible.
4. Third-Party Services
Queltara uses third-party services including:
• Google Firebase
• Cloudinary
• Google Maps
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
5. External Navigation
When users select "Get Directions," Queltara may open Google Maps or another navigation application installed on the device. Any information shared with those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Storage
Information displayed within the App, such as attractions, activities, and destination content, is stored using Google Firebase services.
Images displayed within the App are delivered through Cloudinary.
7. Children's Privacy
Queltara is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and will become effective upon publication.
