Join the Queertune Copenhagen 2025 Volunteer Team

Queertune Copenhagen 2025 is set to be a festival filled with music, community, and pure joy – and we need your help to bring it all to life!

Do you want to be part of a fun and dedicated team, making sure everything runs smoothly?

We’re looking for volunteers to help with everything from greeting guests and setting up stages to coordinating logistics and ensuring our singers feel welcome. No experience needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to lend a hand!

Becoming a volunteer
Starting 21 April, you can register as a volunteer under the following link: Queertune Copenhagen 2025 - Sangglæde Uden Grænser - Kulturens Frivillige

On the portal, you can choose all the shifts you would like to work as a volunteer. On 24 May, all volunteers are invited to a one-hour workshop at Amagerbro Kvarterhuset between 13:00 and 16:30. You can register for one of the workshops on the volunteer portal.

During the workshop, you will connect with the other volunteers, you will meet the Queertune Team and the workshop will of course introduce you to everything you need to know in relation to helping out during the festival.

What’s in it for you?
As a volunteer, you’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes experience of organizing the Nordics' largest LGBTQ+ choir festival. In addition, you will meet amazing people from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland and be part of a warm and inclusive community.

All volunteers will also receive a Queertune t-shirt and are invited to the Queetune Festival Party Saturday night after the dinner at Scandic Sydhavn.
