We have partnered with The Lavender Guild to host a Queer Picnic & Paddle day of flatwater fun on Horsetooth Reservoir and raising money for next year! We will have paddling and educational opportunities as well as giveaways.

$50 Intro to Kayaking session- covers the cost of equipment, instruction, and organizing. If you don’t have the funds, we’re offering several free spots generously supported by our QPP community and the Lavender Guild.

🛶What to expect: Beach games and picnic, paddleboarding, Intro to Kayaking session with QPP instructors ($, optional), giveaways, and lots of time to just hangout and connect with fellow queer paddlers. 

Join experienced paddlers for beginner paddling runs along the Filter Plant portion of the Poudre River. These can occur any day of the week and are determined by water levels. 🛶What to expect: Beginner level runs with Level I, II+ rapids. Learn how to navigate easier whitewater and gain necessary paddling skills. Please coordinate in the signal chat for borrowing gear.
