Hello! Queen's Garden Flower Studio is rooted in Toronto, Canada and is well renowned in the matching and seasonal changes of North America flower species. Different from traditional flower shops, Queen's Garden is committed to creating better flower gifts and strives to create a personalized custom fresh cut flower arrangement for each valued customer. Our long term is "We strive not the best, but only better than the day before!"
Our business philosophy is very Budda-like (we believe in quality and not quantity), therefore we only accept pre-orders and not urgent orders! Because we want to ensure the freshness of the flowers and at the same time ensure that the flowers are bloomed to it's best effect before delivering to our customers (2-3 days in advance in the summer; 3-5 days advance in winter and any holidays).
The price of the flower gift is not up to us. We set it according to the flower price on the day of reservation time from our suppliers (the flower price will increase to a certain extent during festive season, the weather, supply and demand, flower farmers, transportation and other factors will also have a certain impact).
Each of our flower gift is a customized product, therefore it is non-refundable (except for serious quality problems)!
In the vast sea of people, it is our fate that we know each other. Every flower gift is a friendship and blessing. May our fate continue!
Queenie, the head florist of Queen's Garden studio, wants to show you that our flower gifts can bloom like hundreds of flowers in the backyard, hence the name Queen's Garden.
Queenie was a senior Human Resource manager before joining the flower industry. With in-depth research and unique insights into psychology, the meaning of each flower and color matching, she fell in love with flower art. With her passion in arranging flower bouquets and her love of flowers, she resolutely gave up her high-pay white-collar job in 2019 and entered the flower industry. She studied flower art full-time and completed AIFD-CFD (American Institute of Floral Designers - Certified Florist Designer) in 2021. She received her Qualification certificate and is currently a registered florist of the American Society of Floral Designers.
