What: 1 Hour session for Middle-Schoolers and High-Schoolers
Tuesday - Structured Warm-Up, Running Mechanics Work, Interval Workout, Stretching Based Cool-Down
Wednesday - Structured Warm-Up, up to 4 mile run, Body Weight Strength Exercises, Stretching based Cool-down
Thursday - Structured Warm-Up, Running Mechanics Work, Tempo Workout, Stretching Based Cool-Down
Saturday - Structured Warm-Up, Running based workout aiming to build aerobic strength, Structured Cool-Down
When: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:30p - 5:30p
Saturdays: 9am-10:15am
Where: Tu, W & Th - Bessant Field, Queens University Sports Complex, Charlotte, NC 28210
Saturday - McAlpine Creek Park, Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC
Cost:
$100 per week
$160 per month if you would like a personalized training plan in addition to participation
