Before I as the Artist start

• The Client must have a Image of the character in question. This may include a Reference sheet, multiple images of the character, or even a highly detailed description of the character including color pallets.

• ​If there is no way for a Reference to be provided I the Artist may decline the commission, or create a reference for a additional price as another commission.

Payment

• All prices listed for commissions are in USD.

• All payment will be through PayPal - A Invoice will be sent to the Client with the payment needed

• I as the artist hold the right to refuse a Commission if I feel that I can not complete the piece or feel as I am uncomfortable with doing the piece.

• It is to be determined by the artist and client how a payment will be provided. I as the artist request that half be payed before the work it started, and the other half be payed when a clean sketch is provided to the Client (I as the artist will decided on what a clean sketch is based on the commission type)

Refund

• Refunds will be based on how much work has been put into the selected commission piece, as well as the staged a piece is as follows

• If a Commission is in the sketching/Planning/Drafting phase a full refund can be requested.

• If a Commission is Partly completed (a Rough Sketch has been finished and showed to the Client and approved) a Partial refund will be placed, Ex a $10 usd for of a $20 usd commission was payed, $5usd will be refunded.

• ​If a Commission is in its final staged, Such as Inking, Coloring, Background Work No Refund can be Issued

Time Frame/Process

• It shall be stated here that the Artist is a full time employee resulting in work days from 11am/12pm  - 9/10pm this may Falter from month to month and can interfere with the Process of a commission. This will result in longer wait times, but Contact with the Artist will stay open. (NOTE: The Artist works these full shifts standing roughly 9-10 hours a day, this may affect the Artist health and ability to be sitting in a chair to do art)

• If the Client wants the they may ask I the artist when my times or work may be to get a time frame.

• Some pieces depending on the complexity may take up to a month for completion, (from 20-30 days to complete).

Completion / Uploading

• I the artist will ask if I have permission to upload the commission I have completed for you. You may request to remain anonymous.

• Finished art may be used as a example for other people to see. If the Client gives permission.

• ​Upload location will be as follows Deviantart/Twitter/Tumblr/FurAffinity

• I the Artist request that my art may NOT be uploaded outside of my sites (Ex uploading to DA/Twitter/Tumblr with Credit to me is NOT accepted!!). Toyhouse is fine with credit.
