THE STORY BEHIND QUEEN SHEEKS 

Queen Sheeks was born from a love of jamaican food, culture and bring people together around the table. At its heart is a vision to create a permanent Jamaican restaurant where authentic flavours, warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences come together. 

Founded by Chef Roshike A Forrest, Queen Sheeks is bringing that vision to life through restaurant pop-ups, giving guests a taste of the experience we're building towards. Alongside our restaurant joureny, we also bring Queen Sheeks to private celebrations, corporate events and special occasion across london.

MEET THE CHEF

I'm Roshika A Forrest, the chef and founder behind Queen Sheeks. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, my love for Jamaican food is rooted in home, family and the flavours I grew up with. 

With over 10 years of professional kichen experience, I've word across a range of cuisines and environments, but Jamaican food has always remained at the heart of what i do. Queen Sheeks is my way of sharing that passion - creating food that feels authentic, generous and made with love.
