The Queer Erotic Arts Festival (QuEAF)’s mission is to support people, and propagate community, by creating art and education spaces for queer and trans+ people (qts) to find and express their whole selves.
QuEAF’s primary purpose is to create space and disseminate the artistic expression of the qt communities while building movement solidarity and resilience. We envision to inspire artistic creation by cultivating eroticism and consent as healthy parts of being qts. This is an active response to queer erasure, dehumanization, and fetishization. Erotic art, specifically trans erotic art, is excluded from the mainstream. Our liberation is found through celebrating our sexuality across race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, orientation, identity, ability, class, and religion. QuEAF commits to being led by qts and centering intersectional identities in our decision making.
