About me

Hello! My name is Quan Vu, and I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in Statistics at the Australian National University. My main research interests include developing statistical approaches for dependent data, such as clustered, spatial and spatio-temporal data, and applying these models to real-world problems.

Prior to joining ANU, I was a PhD student at the University of Wollongong. During my PhD, I investigated nonstationary Gaussian process models constructed using deep warping functions. These models can be efficiently used for both prediction and emulation with environmental datasets.
