Ranking in the top percentile of his Recording Arts Bachelors Degree Program from Full Sail University and excelling through his Media Communications Certificate, 27 year old Christopher Antoine Marshall (AKA) QuantumX (Qx) has been making quite a name for himself since the very beginning. His clients range from A-List artists like Joey BADA$$, FKJ (producer for Post Malone) and Tyla Yaweh to local and commercial businiesses in his home town of Little Rock, Arkansas. During the last two years, Qx has been building up a new set of skills that have prepared him for the next phase of digital exploration: the metaverse.
In October of 2021 the web3 platform and metaverse revolution known as Decentraland took to the internet by storm with its first ever Metaverse Festival. This single event was the catalyst that set in motion a new found passion for Qx. The digital synchronization of music, art, and video games (all with real world utility by the way) turned out to be exactly what this creator needed to alllow his talents to fully blossom.
Now, on the cusp of a new year, the metaverse looks to serve many others in different ways. Content streaming and crypto markets have seen a dramatic user increase since Decentraland gained its popularity. With Facebook announcing its name change to Meta (coincidently following Decentraland's overwhelmingly successful Metaverse Festival) all eyes are focused on what this new technology will bring to the world we live in. Maybe one day we'll see the opportunity to live in a different world. One that is decentralized and trully gives its citizens the chance to live comfortably and more financially secure.
Of course this dream starts with bringing awareness to the people who built this platform and the creators who utilize its resources for the greator good.
And for someone like Qx, that dream is well within reach.
