Finding the right agent can be tricky. Sometimes, you think you might be able to do everything by yourself, and that there are plenty of options out there. But given the costs and what's on the line, my wife and I didn't want to risk making any mistakes that could potentially cause a denial. We decided to go for an agent that was refered to us because she was able to get her Visa via Quantum Immigration and she told us that their services really helped.

Sherper, our agent, is the type of agent that is effective at what he does in a way where he sticks to the method that works. In his 14 years and counting of experience dealing with visas, it has never failed him. He won't over promise you anything, nor will he under deliver. He is very strict in terms of compliance BUT it is for a reason and that reason is he will get you RESULTS. Working with Sherper means that you will be working in his system of stages. You will be given things to work on that is relevant for you at that particular point in your journey and not more than what you need at that time. What documents you will need? What tests will you take? Its all in a checklist. All you have to do is comply with those things, make sure you follow his corrections and instructions. This is good because it never feels like its overcomplicated and overwhelming especially if you already have work and other commitments taking up your attention. If you're looking for an agent who will constantly hold your hand and answer each and ever little worry you might have, then he might not be the right fit. But if you want a no-nonsense agent that will tell it like it is, has years of experience, can identify and correct your mistakes, hold you accountable for compliance and most importantly IS EFFECTIVE AT WHAT HE DOES. Then I couldn't recommend him enough.

We've heard plenty of horror stories from people who had their dreams ruined because their agent forgot to fill out a form, or didn't check something, or didn't submit a document in time or totally forgot about it. This never happened with Sherper, when there was an update or an urgent thing that needed attention, he would inform us right away with a clear action plan of what to do.

My wife and I has been working with Sherper for over 2 years now, a lot of why it took so long was mostly because of our life circumstances delaying things, but end of the day we BOTH had our 189 visas GRANTED without any questions from the immigration department within 4 months of when we completed our application.

You will have to comply with the strict rules, have to be able to deal with uncertainty, have to be patient in waiting, but you can do it if you dream big enough. If you need an agent to help you get there, then I would recommend Sherper 100x over. We went from not knowing where to even begin to now finding plane tickets headed for Australia
