Exam Session: 06/02/2026

• The exam session starts on the 06/02/2026 and it ends on the 12/02/2026. It will take place in the Marconi building, third floor, room 323. 

• In order to participate to the exam session you must register to this exam session via INFOSTUD. However, you can use the form below to communicate the preferred date for your oral exam - I will try to satisfy your request. Please indicate three possible dates (first, second, and third choice) among the different possibilities reported below. About one/two weeks before the exam, I will post the exam schedule with the exact date and time for each student.

• The exam session starts on the 19/01/2026 and it ends on the 29/01/2026. It will take place in the Marconi building, third floor, room 323.

Please indicate three possible dates (first, second, and third choice) among the different possibilities reported below. • In order to participate to the exam session you must register to this exam session via INFOSTUD. 

Exam modes

The final exam is an oral examination. Typically, the examination includes questions and written exercises on the contents of the course.

To pass the exam the student must be able to present a specific subject matter or a calculation described during the course, to apply the methods learned to examples and situations similar to the once already discussed during the course.

In the evaluation, the following are taken into account:

- correctness and completeness of the concepts discussed;

- clarity and rigor in the discussion;

- analytical ability to handle theoretical concepts;

- problem solving ability (methods and results)
