Welcome to the Quantum Information and Computation Group, Department of Physics, IIT Palakkad. Our research brings together cocepts from quantum information theory, quantum many-body physics, quantum optics, quantum thermodynamics, and open quantum systems. Some of the current focuses of the group include entanglement theory, alternative approaches and thermodynamics of quantum error correction, quantum tasks using logical qubits, quantum thermal devices, quantum games on noisy quantum systems, and effective operator formalism in open quantum systems. Find more about our recent research here, and see our complete list of publications.
We are always looking for enthusiastic new members to join our group as PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. For more information, see here.
