Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad
Welcome to the Quantum Information and Computation Group, Department of Physics, IIT Palakkad. Our research brings together cocepts from quantum information theory, quantum many-body physics, quantum optics, quantum thermodynamics, and open quantum systems. Some of the current focuses of the group include quantum information processing in low-dimensional quantum spin models, measurement-based quantum protocols and error correction/mitigation, non-equilibrium quantum systems and quantum thermodynamics, quantum devices and applications in presence of noise, and many-body noisy quantum metrology. Find more about our recent research here, and see our complete list of publications.
We are always looking for enthusiastic new members to join our group as PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. For more information, see here.
