How to log-in
Open your browser and
The login screen will appear,
If you don't have an account click the Register button, fill up the form and wait for the email verification.
After verifying your account, input your ID number and the default password is your LASTNAME in uppercase.
2. The home page, which includes the seven main buttons: Announcement, Publication, Scholarship, Organization, Services, Survey, and Logout.You will return to the login screen after clicking "Logout."
Announcements
The main page of the website is where you can find every single announcements that the SAO Admin has posted.
You can sort the announcement by selecting from All, This Month, or Upcoming.
Publication
The Phoenix-School Publication's PDF files were posted by the SAO Admin.
You can view and download the PDF file by clicking the View Publication button.
Scholarship
The SAO Admin issued PDF files describing the requirements for the particular scholarship, and the SEFO office will be the one to provide them.
You can view and download the PDF file by clicking the View Requirements.
Organization
The SAO Admin posted the information on the accredited organizations.
By clicking Learn More, you may view the details for that specific organization.
Apply for Org Accreditation
Click the button at the upper corner of the website and
the application form will appear,
Take on the position of the organization's president, simply filling out the form and submit the requirements.
And wait for the SAO Admin's email of approval.
Services
The ID Card Services, SAO Certification, Graduation Pictorial, and Graduation Photos are the four services listed under the Services button.
ID Card Services
You can request an ID Validation, ID Printing, and ID Re-issuance by clicking the button above,
and in order to proceed, you must follow the instructions provided by the system and wait for the approval email.
SAO Certification
Only the Criminology students can request the SAO Certification.
Similar to the ID Card Services, you must follow the instructions and wait for the approval email.
Graduation Pictorial
Similar to the previous two services, you must follow the instructions and wait for the approval email.
The approval email also provide your Graduation Photo ID.
Graduation Photo
Using the Graduation Photo ID, you can search up and view your graduation photo.
From the approval email, copy the Graduation Photo ID, and then paste it into the search bar.
The system provides instructions if you have any concerns.
Survey
Your feedback on the SAO Services can enable them to provide better services.
You can take a survey easily,
click the Take Survey button and the Questionnaire provided by the SAO Admin will appear.
After answering the question just click the submit button.
