This Privacy Policy explains how the QuantTrading app ("the App") handles your information.

1. Information We Collect and Purposes
The App does not require an account and does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information to external servers. The following data is stored only on your device.
• App preferences (theme, language, chart/indicator settings)
Storage: On-device DataStore
Purpose: Preserve user settings
• Price monitor configurations (symbols and conditions you enter)
Storage: On-device Room DB
Purpose: Drive notification triggers
• AI analysis history
Storage: On-device Room DB
Purpose: Display past analyses
• Tutorial / disclaimer acceptance state
Storage: On-device DataStore
Purpose: Suppress repeat onboarding
None of the above is sent to remote servers. All data is removed when the App is uninstalled.
2. Third-Party Services
The App communicates with the following external services:
• Binance public API (api.binance.com, fapi.binance.com): Used to fetch public market data (price, candles, volume, funding rate, open interest, etc.). No personal data is transmitted.
• Google AdMob (when ads are shown): For ad delivery, the advertising identifier (AAID) and device information may be transmitted to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) for details. You may reset the advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
3. Permissions
• Internet access — Receive market data
• Post notifications — Deliver price-trigger alerts
• Receive boot completed — Resume monitoring after device reboot
• Foreground service (data sync) — Maintain background monitoring
4. Retention and Deletion
All information is stored only on your device. There is no separate retention period. When you uninstall the App, all stored data is immediately deleted along with it.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
• Uninstall the App to immediately delete all data stored on your device.
• Revoke notification permission in your device settings at any time.
• Reset the advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
For EU/UK residents (GDPR), since no personal data leaves your device, no remote subject-access, rectification, or erasure request is required — local deletion is achieved by uninstalling the App.
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA), we do not sell or share your personal information.
7. Security
The App does not transmit personal data to external servers. All data is stored within Android's per-app sandbox and is inaccessible to other applications.
8. Policy Changes
If this Privacy Policy is updated, we will publish the changes via the App or on this page in advance.
9. Disclaimer
The App is an information and reference tool for the crypto-asset market. It is NOT an investment advisory, financial advisory, or trading-signal service. Any information presented, including AI recommendations, is the statistical output of algorithms and does not constitute investment advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and their outcomes.
