1. Introduction

QuantSpeed ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information handled through the QuantSpeed mobile application and its associated services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information QuantSpeed may collect, store, use, and share when you use the application, why that information is used, and how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

By using QuantSpeed, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

A. Guest Mode

QuantSpeed can be used in Guest Mode without connecting a personal account.

When using Guest Mode, certain application data may be stored locally on your device, including:

• Math practice scores

• Calculation response times

• Topic accuracy and performance

• Practice and test history

• Daily streak information

• QuantCoins and supported progress

• Sound and haptic preferences

• Application theme preferences

Guest practice data is not synchronized with a cloud account unless you subsequently authenticate and use features that require account synchronization.

Third-party services integrated into the application, such as advertising services, may independently process technical or usage information as described in their respective privacy policies.

B. Google Sign-In and Account Information

If you sign in using Google, QuantSpeed may process:

• Firebase User ID (UID)

• Display name

• Email address

• Profile/avatar information provided through Google Sign-In

Depending on the features you use, QuantSpeed may also synchronize:

• Lifetime ELO/rating information

• Seasonal rating and ranking information

• Battle statistics

• Battle records

• Achievements

• Practice progress

• QuantCoins and supported rewards

• Account-related settings

This information may be stored using Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Realtime Database.

C. Battle and Gameplay Information

When you participate in multiplayer battles, QuantSpeed may process:

• Battle results

• Scores

• Response times

• Questions and answers submitted during battles

• Win/loss/draw results

• ELO/rating changes

• Seasonal rating

• Seasonal ranking information

• Matchmaking information

• Battle room/session identifiers

This information is used to operate multiplayer battles, maintain rankings, provide fair-play mechanisms, and prevent abuse or manipulation.

D. Push Notification Information

If you enable notifications, QuantSpeed may process Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens associated with your device or application installation.

These tokens may be used to deliver:

• Live 1v1 battle challenge notifications

• Practice reminders

• Streak-related reminders

• Rewards and daily activity notifications

• Other notifications enabled by you

You can control notification permissions through your Android device and the available QuantSpeed settings.

E. Device, Diagnostic and Performance Information

QuantSpeed and third-party SDKs integrated into the application may process technical information such as:

• Device and operating-system information

• Application version

• Crash and error information

• Performance information

• Network and connectivity information

• Device identifiers

• Advertising identifiers, where applicable

• Information relating to application usage and interactions

This information may be used for application reliability, diagnostics, security, advertising, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

3. Advertising

QuantSpeed uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements to eligible Free-tier users.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as:

• IP address

• Device or advertising identifiers

• General location information derived from IP address

• Application and advertising interactions

• Diagnostic and performance information

• Information relating to ad impressions and interactions

This information may be used for advertising, advertising measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

QuantSpeed Premium is designed to provide an ad-free experience according to the applicable Premium subscription terms.

Google's own services and advertising systems may process information according to Google's applicable policies.

4. Payments, Premium Subscriptions & Refunds

QuantSpeed offers optional Premium subscription plans.

Subscription payments and recurring payment processing are handled through Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay").

QuantSpeed does not intentionally collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as:

• Full credit or debit card numbers

• CVV/CVC security codes

• UPI MPINs

• Net-banking passwords

• Card authentication credentials

QuantSpeed's backend may receive transaction and subscription information from Razorpay, including:

• Razorpay Payment ID

• Razorpay Subscription ID

• Plan information

• Transaction status

• Subscription status

• Billing-period dates

• Payment verification/signature information

This information is used to verify transactions, maintain subscription status, and provide Premium entitlements.

Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions are digital services purchased through the QuantSpeed application using Razorpay.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where:

• A refund is required by applicable law.

• A payment was made without authorization.

• QuantSpeed incorrectly charged the user.

• A technical issue resulted in payment being received but the corresponding Premium entitlement was not activated.

• QuantSpeed determines that a refund is appropriate after reviewing the circumstances.

Payment or Subscription Problems

If you were charged but your Premium subscription was not activated correctly, please contact us at:

Please include your Razorpay Payment ID or Subscription ID and, where applicable, the email address associated with your QuantSpeed account.

We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, correct the Premium entitlement or process an eligible refund.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their recurring Premium subscription through the available QuantSpeed subscription controls or applicable Razorpay subscription or mandate controls.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by QuantSpeed.

Premium access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, depending on the subscription status provided by Razorpay.

Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment fails, is declined, or is subsequently reversed by the payment provider, QuantSpeed will not intentionally activate Premium based solely on the failed transaction.

If money is deducted but the transaction subsequently fails or is reversed, the transaction will be handled according to the applicable Razorpay payment and reversal process.

5. How We Use Your Information

QuantSpeed may use collected information to:

1. Provide and maintain the application.

2. Authenticate users and synchronize accounts.

3. Operate real-time multiplayer battles.

4. Calculate and maintain ELO ratings.

5. Operate seasonal rankings and leaderboards.

6. Track practice performance and progress.

7. Provide personalized practice features where available.

8. Deliver push notifications requested by users.

9. Process and verify Premium subscriptions.

10. Display and measure advertisements.

11. Detect cheating, fraud, abuse, and rating manipulation.

12. Diagnose crashes and technical problems.

13. Improve application performance, reliability, and features.

14. Maintain the security and integrity of the service.

6. Third-Party Services

QuantSpeed uses third-party services to provide certain application functionality.

7. Data Retention

QuantSpeed retains account and gameplay information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application's services, maintain account functionality, operate rankings, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When an account deletion request is completed, QuantSpeed will delete or anonymize associated personal data that is not required to be retained for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their QuantSpeed account and associated personal data.

Where possible, include the email address associated with your QuantSpeed account so that we can identify the correct account.

After verifying the request, QuantSpeed will delete the account and associated user data that is not required to be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or financial-recordkeeping purposes.

Some information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or financial/accounting requirements.

Subscription cancellation does not automatically constitute account deletion. Users should separately request account deletion if they want their QuantSpeed account and associated data deleted.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

QuantSpeed uses security controls provided by integrated services such as Firebase, Razorpay, Google Mobile Ads, and its backend hosting infrastructure.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

QuantSpeed is a mental-math training and competitive calculation application.

QuantSpeed does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances where such collection is not permitted.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the features you use, you may be able to:

• Use QuantSpeed in Guest Mode.

• Choose whether to sign in with Google.

• Enable or disable push notifications.

• Manage notification preferences within the application.

• Cancel Premium subscriptions.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

• Contact us regarding privacy questions or data requests.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our application, services, data practices, or applicable legal requirements change.

When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
