Email Address: We require your email address to create and manage your secure account via Firebase Authentication.
User ID: A unique identifier is generated by Firebase to securely associate your data with your account.
B. User-Provided Data
The "Quản Lý Lớp Học" application is a utility tool designed for you to store and manage your own data. This data includes, but is not limited to:
Class Information: Class names, schedules, subjects, etc.
Student Information: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and personal notes.
Financial Information: Tuition fees, discounts, and payment transaction records.
Note: All data listed above is voluntarily entered by you. It is stored securely on cloud servers (Google Firestore) solely to enable data synchronization across your devices and offline access. We do not access, read, share, or sell this personal user data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
C. Payment Information (In-App Purchases)
Our Service offers premium subscription plans.
Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple (App Store).
No Storage: We do not collect, view, or store your credit card details, banking information, or personal payment credentials.
Transaction Data: We only receive a cryptographic receipt or confirmation from Apple indicating whether a transaction (e.g., com.Hung.QuanLyLopHoc.1year) was successful, along with the expiration date. This allows us to unlock premium features for your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To Provide the Service: To authenticate your identity and to store, synchronize, and restore your class and student data across devices.
To Manage Your Account: To provide you with customer support and access to specific features based on your subscription tier.
To Process Payments: To verify your premium subscription status via Apple’s receipt validation services.
3. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted third-party service providers to operate and maintain our application. These third parties have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore):
Used for secure user authentication and real-time database storage.
Apple App Store (In-App Purchases):
Used to process payments and manage subscriptions.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard security measures, including those provided by Google Firebase (encryption in transit and at rest), to protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này mô tả cách thức NGUYEN BA HUNG ("chúng tôi") thu thập, sử dụng và xử lý thông tin của bạn khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng di động Quản Lý Lớp Học ("Dịch vụ").

Địa chỉ Email: Chúng tôi yêu cầu địa chỉ email để tạo và quản lý tài khoản bảo mật của bạn thông qua dịch vụ Firebase Authentication.

Thông tin lớp học: Tên lớp, lịch học, môn học, v.v.
Thông tin học viên: Họ tên, số điện thoại, email, ghi chú cá nhân.
Thông tin tài chính: Học phí, các khoản giảm giá, lịch sử thu chi.
Lưu ý: Toàn bộ dữ liệu này được bạn tự nguyện nhập vào. Dữ liệu được lưu trữ an toàn trên máy chủ đám mây (Google Firestore) nhằm mục đích duy nhất là đồng bộ hóa dữ liệu giữa các thiết bị của bạn và sao lưu. Chúng tôi không truy cập, xem, chia sẻ hoặc bán dữ liệu này cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích tiếp thị.
C. Thông tin Thanh toán (Mua hàng trong ứng dụng)
Dịch vụ của chúng tôi cung cấp các gói đăng ký cao cấp (Premium).
Xử lý giao dịch: Mọi giao dịch tài chính được xử lý an toàn tuyệt đối bởi Apple (App Store).
Không lưu trữ: Chúng tôi không thu thập, xem hoặc lưu trữ thông tin thẻ tín dụng, tài khoản ngân hàng hoặc chi tiết thanh toán của bạn.

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin thu thập được cho các mục đích sau:
Cung cấp Dịch vụ: Để xác thực danh tính người dùng, lưu trữ, đồng bộ hóa và khôi phục dữ liệu lớp học/học viên của bạn.
Quản lý Tài khoản: Để cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và quyền truy cập vào các tính năng tương ứng với gói đăng ký của bạn.
Xử lý Thanh toán: Để xác minh trạng thái đăng ký và gia hạn dịch vụ thông qua hệ thống của Apple.
3. Dịch vụ của Bên thứ Ba
Chúng tôi sử dụng các dịch vụ uy tín của bên thứ ba để vận hành ứng dụng. Các bên này có chính sách quyền riêng tư riêng về cách họ xử lý dữ liệu:
Google Firebase (Xác thực & Cơ sở dữ liệu):
Được sử dụng để xác thực người dùng và lưu trữ dữ liệu thời gian thực.
Apple App Store (Thanh toán):
Được sử dụng để xử lý thanh toán và quản lý gói đăng ký.
4. Bảo mật Dữ liệu
Sự an toàn của dữ liệu là ưu tiên hàng đầu của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật tiêu chuẩn ngành, bao gồm các biện pháp do Google Firebase cung cấp (như mã hóa dữ liệu đường truyền và mã hóa dữ liệu lưu trữ), để bảo vệ thông tin của bạn.
