Founder & CEO

Lukesh Mahendran founded Quality Construction Project (QCP) in 2021 after gaining solid experience in the construction and property industry since 2019. He has worked with construction companies and developers, handling landed properties, high-rise buildings, and commercial units like restaurants.

Before starting QCP, Lukesh was involved in site supervision, defect rectification, and quality control, which shaped his practical, detail-focused approach. Today, he leads QCP with a mission to deliver honest, reliable defect inspections that help clients make confident property decisions.
