Created from a combination of 11 organic botanicals including Chamomile, Hibiscus, Star Anise, Angelica Root, Orris Root and Sencha Green Tea, we’ve aimed for balance. Gold medal winner at the World Gin Awards for Best American Matured Gin, our Ginskey is as much about the barrel as it is the botanic build. Our approach of aging is the same as for our whiskies, using virgin American oak barrels for no less than two years to mellow and enrich the spirit.
Profile:
A butterscotch undertone throughout, with a rollercoaster of botanics. The combination of botanic oils balanced with virgin Oak sugars, only to be married with the vanillans and tannins that a longer aging time can achieve.
Our Boulder Bourbon fetched Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition. It’s a very nontraditional bourbon using 51% corn, 44% malted barley and 5% rye, resulting in a wonderfully round, sit back and think about it whiskey.

a slow mash, fermentation and distillation; our malt whiskey is aged in
virgin American Oak barrels for aminimum of 3 years.

This whiskey is built as an introduction to peated malted barley. Our Peated Malt is distilled using the same slow methods as our New American Single Malt, but rather using a lightly peated malted barley before resting in virgin American Oak barrels in Colorado’s semi-arid environment for at least 3 years.
Profile:
Earthy, yet faint, peat smoke permeates throughout. Rich mouth-feel, woodsy, and intriguing. This is one of very, very few peated malt whiskeys aged solely in virgin oak. The balance of fresh oak sugars with the earthiness makes for a must try.
Vapor Distillery’s Pumpkin King cordial comes from a little gem of an idea that our Master Distiller Ted Palmer carried about in the back of his mind since making pumpkin beer as a brewer. It took 3 years of tinkering and tasting to perfect this seasonally produced, handcrafted liqueur made by blending the sweet juice from hand-roasted Baby Bear Pie pumpkins, with freshly ground cloves, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, and our award winning new western style RHok gin.
