QRHA TO IMPLEMENT NEW HOA FEE PAYMENT SYSTEM:

The QRHA Boad of Directors approved to enter into a business agreement with PayHOA to help streamline paying of HOA monthly fees. This system will allow property owners 24/7 access to their accounts. Once a property owner creates their account, they will have access to view financial statements whenever they wish, make monthly payments, and view and have access to other sections making the communication between the property owner and the Board of Directors easier. Estimated time for the system to go live is April 2024.

QUAIL RUN HOMES ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS:

These meetings are held, unless otherwise announced, the first Monday of each month at 6:30PM.

The meetings are held at: Cornerstone Community Church, 1003 Moyer Road, Newport News

** Board Meetings are not held during the months of November and December.
