We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to operate, improve, secure, and monetize QuadPop.

Depending on how you use QuadPop, the App and the third-party services integrated into it may collect or process the following categories of information.
We may collect information about how QuadPop is used, such as:

game mode usage
Daily Challenge activity
retries
chains and gameplay milestones
feature usage
Pro/paywall interactions
advertisement events
general app interactions
This information helps us understand how the game is used and improve its gameplay, balancing, user experience, and performance.
Some gameplay information, such as settings, best scores, statistics, theme selections, and tutorial progress, may be stored locally on your device.
Our service providers may automatically process technical information such as:

app version
device or app identifiers

IP address

crash information
performance information

This information is primarily used for analytics, security, fraud prevention, debugging, advertising, and improving QuadPop.
QuadPop may use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the App.
Analytics information may include events such as:
opening the App
starting or completing a game
using specific game modes
reaching gameplay milestones
interacting with certain features
viewing the Pro screen
technical and device information
We use this information to improve QuadPop, identify problems, understand feature usage, and make better product decisions.

QuadPop may use Firebase Crashlytics to help us detect and fix crashes and technical problems.

Crash reporting helps us improve the stability and reliability of QuadPop.
The free version of QuadPop may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.

advertising identifiers where permitted
advertisement interactions

general location inferred from IP address
information used for fraud prevention and advertising measurement
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, your consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.
QuadPop uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to collect and manage advertising privacy choices.
Where required, you may be shown a consent form before advertising data is used for certain purposes.
You may also be able to review or change your advertising privacy choices through the privacy settings available inside QuadPop.
Advertising will only be requested where the applicable consent and privacy requirements permit it.
QuadPop offers an optional QuadPop Pro one-time purchase.
Purchases are processed by the platform store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements and determine whether QuadPop Pro has been purchased.
RevenueCat may process information including:
an anonymous or app-specific user identifier
device and operating system information
purchase history
product purchased
purchase status
transaction information
Google Play purchase tokens
Apple purchase receipt information where applicable
time the App was last used
RevenueCat uses this information to verify purchases, restore purchases, and maintain your Pro entitlement. RevenueCat documents that its SDK can use anonymous App User IDs when an app does not provide its own authenticated user ID.
Purchasing QuadPop Pro removes eligible advertisements and unlocks the Pro features described within the App.
QuadPop may occasionally use the official Google Play or Apple App Store review system to ask whether you would like to rate the App.
We do not receive confirmation from the platform review prompt about whether you submitted a review or which rating you selected through that prompt.
You may also voluntarily leave a review directly through the relevant app store.
We may share or allow information to be processed by third-party service providers that are necessary to operate QuadPop.
These currently include:
Google Firebase
Used for analytics and crash reporting.
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
Used for advertising, advertising measurement, and fraud prevention.
Google User Messaging Platform
Used to manage advertising consent and privacy choices.
Google Play
Used for app distribution, purchases, billing, licensing, reviews, and related platform services.
RevenueCat
Used to process and verify purchase entitlements and restore QuadPop Pro purchases.
These companies process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable data protection obligations.
We do not sell personal information directly to data brokers.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we process information using one or more of the following legal bases:
Consent, where consent is required, for example for certain advertising or tracking activities.
Performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to provide purchased features such as QuadPop Pro.
Legitimate interests, such as maintaining the App, preventing fraud, understanding general App usage, fixing crashes, securing the service, and improving the game.
Legal obligations, where information must be retained or processed to comply with applicable law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable.
We aim to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Gameplay information stored locally on your device generally remains there until:
the App is uninstalled,
the App's storage is cleared,
or the relevant information is reset through the App where such functionality exists.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google or RevenueCat may be retained according to their applicable retention settings, legal obligations, and privacy policies.
Purchase records may need to be retained for longer periods where necessary for:
purchase verification
restoring purchases
fraud prevention
accounting
tax obligations
legal compliance
QuadPop currently does not require users to create a traditional QuadPop account.
You can remove locally stored gameplay information by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

We will evaluate and process valid requests in accordance with applicable law.
Some transaction or purchase information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or purchase-restoration purposes.
Information held independently by Google, Apple, RevenueCat, or another service provider may also be subject to that provider's own deletion procedures and legal obligations.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with QuadPop.
Communication with third-party services is generally transmitted using encrypted network connections.
However, no internet-based or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
request access to personal data
request correction of inaccurate data
request deletion of certain data
object to certain processing
request restriction of certain processing
withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
request data portability where applicable

Withdrawing consent or selecting non-personalized advertising does not prevent you from using the core QuadPop game.
QuadPop Pro removes eligible in-app advertising as described within the App.
QuadPop is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly request children to submit personal information directly to us.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us at mooproinfo@gmail.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Some of our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those service providers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
