Arianna DeBose is an actress, dancer, and singer. She was born on January 25, 1991 and she came out to her grandparents in 2015 as queer. She has received several awards, including an Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, and a Golden Globe Award, as well as a Tony Award nomination. In 2022, Time magazine named her one of the world's 100 most important individuals.
In 2009, DeBose made her television debut as a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance. She subsequently had her Broadway debut in 2011 in Bring It On: The Musical, followed by parts in Motown: The Musical in 2013 and Pippin in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, she played The Bullet in the original cast of Hamilton, and from 2016 to 2017, she played Jane in A Bronx Tale. For her work as Donna Summer in Summer: The Donna Summer Musical, she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical in 2018.

Schuyler Miwon Hong Bailar was born on May 2, 1996 and is known as the first openly transgender NCAA Division I swimmer from the United States. He is also the first transgender male to compete as a man in any sport at the NCAA D1 level. He was a part of the Harvard Class of 2019 and was recruited by Harvard University. He competed for the Harvard Men's Swimming and Diving team under coach Kevin Tyrrell. Harvard Women's Swimming and Diving head coach Stephanie Morawski selected Bailar as a member of the women's squad in 2013. Coach Tyrrell offered Bailar a seat on the men's squad when he transitioned during a gap year, giving him the option of joining either team.
Bailar is of Korean origin and was born in New York City to parents Gregor Bailar and Terry Hong. Bailar was born and raised in McLean, Virginia, where he attended college. From kindergarten to 12th grade, Bailar attended Georgetown Day School. Jinwon, his younger brother, is also a swimmer.

Angelica Ross was born on November 28, 1980. She is an actress, businesswoman, and transgender rights activist from the United States. She became the founder and CEO of TransTech Social Enterprises, a company that assists transgender persons find work in the IT sector. She is a self-taught computer programmer. Ross made her acting debut in the online series Her Story in 2016, and went on to feature in the drama series Pose (2018–2021) and the anthology horror series American Horror Story in 2019, both on FX. Candy Ferocity in Ryan Murphy's FX drama series Pose was her breakout performance in 2018. She received significant appreciation for her performance. She then went on to play psychotherapist Donna Chambers in the FX horror anthology American Horror Story: 1984, making her the first transgender actor to have two series regular roles. It was also her second time working with Murphy on a project. Her performance was praised by both reviewers and fans alike. Ross returns as a series regular for the tenth season of the program in 2021.

Julio Torres is a Salvadoran writer, comedian, and actor who was born on February 11, 1987. He is most recognized for his work on Saturday Night Live and for co-creating, writing, and executive producing the HBO comedy Los Espookys. He formerly worked as a writer for truTV's The Chris Gethard Show. His father is a civil engineer, and his mother is an architect and fashion designer who has worked with him on comedic projects alongside his designer sister. Torres relocated to New York to pursue a degree in literary studies at The New School, where he graduated in 2011. His ambition had always been to work as a comic writer.

Sir Lady Java was born on August 20, 1943. She is a transgender rights activist, exotic dancer, singer, comedian, and actor in the United States. She was a famous and powerful figure in the Los Angeles-area African-American LGBT community from the mid-1960s through the 1970s, appearing on stage, television, radio, and cinema. By 1965, she had relocated to Los Angeles, California, and had established herself as a nightclub regular with Redd Foxx, Sammy Davis Jr., Richard Pryor, Rudy Ray Moore, and Don Rickles. Her performances, which included dance, impersonations, singing, and humor, were inspired by Lena Horne, Mae West, and Josephine Baker. Jet, HEP, the LA Advocate, and Variety all featured her on a regular basis. Since the 1980s, Java has had a low public presence. She has made a modest comeback to public life since retiring from performing and recovering from a stroke, appearing locally in southern California and conducting interviews. She and CeCe McDonald were honored guests of honor at the 18th annual Trans Pride L.A. event in June 2016. Java has earned a reputation for being a queer pioneer due to their work in the LGBTQ+ community.
Bloom was born to a Filipina mother and an African-American father in Chicago, Illinois. Leyna Bloom has been dubbed a "transgender pioneer" in the entertainment and fashion industries. Bloom made her feature film acting debut in Port Authority, which had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019. She has posed for a number of companies and designers, including Jeremy Scott, and has appeared in publications such as Vogue India and Sports Illustrated.
