Neighborhood Updates

District 2: Remember that there are no U-Turns allowed at the Rockville Pike and Flanders Av. intersection. District 3: White Flint park is still open. There is construction of some sort going on, on Orleans at Orleans Ter. Watch for delays there. District 4: The pool is now closed for the year. The sidewalks appear to be completed in most places. Sod and crosswalks have been laid along the new sidewalks. Black Market Bistro still has the outdoor seating set up, closing off Waverly Ave. The ghost house(11112 Kenilworth) is still getting nowhere construction wise. It is still deemed unsafe. Murals related to present issues have been painted on the parking lot at Penn Place. Districts: 1, 2, &4: The surveyors have come back to Strathmore Ave. This time, the marked their lines all the way down the state road. What this project could be is still a mystery.
