The Service Provider retains User-Provided data for as long as you actively maintain an account or use the Application, and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal and operational obligations.
#### Data and Account Deletion Requests
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and account information at any time.
To request data or account deletion:

2. Include your registered User ID or Email address.
3. Upon receiving your request, the Service Provider will permanently remove your account and associated personal data from active databases within **30 days**, except where retention is legally required.
