The registration fee includes:

• transportation from Phalabwora airport to Mopani camp and back
• coffee breaks and lunches
• conference banquet
• local music entertainment
• wildlife-viewing tour in the countryside
• a copy of the proceedings at a discount rate (for participants paying full registration fees)

The registration fee does not include:

• Accommodation is not included and it will be paid separately depending on participants' wishes.
• Medical, accident and liability insurance is not included in the registration fees. QSCP participants should make sure that they are fully insured from their own home institution.

Accommodation during the duration of the meeting will be paid separately, depending on attendants’ wishes.

Pre- or post-doctoral students (providing an attestation from their supervisor) may pay reduced fees (with an option for the proceedings).

Participants who would need an invitation letter for visa application or other purposes should contact the Organizing Committee.
