- app user identifier / Firebase auth UID

- saved poster IDs / shortIds

- scan count

- last scanned timestamp

- subscription status / purchase entitlement info

- crash/diagnostic/technical logs only if app actually uses them; do not claim analytics SDK if not present


4. Purpose

- create and save posters

- generate reveal links

- display and manage My Posters

- track scan counts and latest scan time

- provide Pro features

- restore purchases

- keep app secure and functioning


5. Sharing/third-party processors

Mention:

- Firebase / Google Cloud services for storage, database, hosting, functions, authentication

- RevenueCat for subscription status/entitlement management

- Google Play Billing for payment processing

6. Public reveal links

- content behind a QR may be accessible to anyone who scans or has the reveal link.

- no illegal, harmful, abusive, phishing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.

- no misuse for harassment, fraud, malware, credential theft, or impersonation.


3. Public QR/reveal nature

- QR/reveal links can be accessed by anyone with the QR/link.

- users should not place sensitive secrets in QR posters unless intended.


4. Subscriptions / Pro

- Pro subscription unlocks premium features such as poster insights / scan analytics / premium templates as implemented.

- subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing / RevenueCat.

- renewal/cancellation/refund management happens through Google Play account settings.

- do not promise refunds directly unless the app actually handles them.

- no “money-back guarantee” unless implemented.


5. Availability

- reveal links, Firebase services, or QR scans may depend on internet and service availability.

- no guarantee of uninterrupted service.


6. Content removal

- developer may remove/deactivate content that violates terms or harms service/users.


7. Limitation of liability
