THIS END USER AGREEMENT CONTAINS A LEGALLY BINDING MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIALS AND CLASS ACTIONS CLAUSE GOVERNING DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF iQR SCANNER PRO SERVICES. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS OUTLINED IN SECTION 14 BELOW. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.

This iQR Scanner Pro End User Agreement (the “Agreement”), including any addenda, order forms, exhibits, schedules, appendices, and amendments thereto, constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and iQR Scanner Pro and its affiliates (“iQR Scanner Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the iQR Scanner Pro app, website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of the Agreement
By activating, accessing, or using iQR Scanner Pro, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  
  

• You have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.
  
  

• You accept and agree to abide by all terms of this Agreement.
  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not activate, access, or use the Services.
  
  

3. Amendments
iQR Scanner Pro reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time for reasons including changes to applicable law or updates to the Services. Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Agreement. You are encouraged to review the Agreement periodically. If you do not agree with any modifications, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Free Trial
You may use iQR Scanner Pro’s trial version for free for up to three days. To avoid automatic subscription renewal, you must cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends. If not canceled, the selected subscription plan (Weekly or Yearly) will automatically begin, and associated fees will be charged.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the current term unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
To cancel, disable automatic renewal through your App Store settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

5. Payment and Billing
The basic version of iQR Scanner Pro is free to use.
Fees for paid plans are specified at the time of purchase in the relevant App Store. Payments must be made in full before accessing the subscription.
Applicable taxes are included in subscription fees.
Upon request, electronic invoices will be issued no later than the 15th of the month following the purchase.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds for in-app purchases are processed through the platform where the purchase was made (e.g., Apple App Store). Refund requests may take up to 10 days to process. iQR Scanner Pro is not responsible for third-party payment processors' policies.

7. Electronic Agreement and Communication
By using iQR Scanner Pro, you consent to:

• Conduct transactions electronically.
  
  

• Receive all communications, notices, and agreements electronically.
  
  

• Treat electronic disclosures as equivalent to written communications.
  
  

8. Ownership
iQR Scanner Pro retains all intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the Services. No rights are granted to you unless explicitly stated in this Agreement.

9. User Content
By uploading or sharing content through the Services, you grant iQR Scanner Pro a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You are responsible for ensuring the privacy and accessibility of your shared content.

10. Liability Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for securing your data while using iQR Scanner Pro. iQR Scanner Pro is not liable for data loss, damages, or interruptions caused by misuse or technical issues.

11. Privacy
By using iQR Scanner Pro, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iQR Scanner Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved under the mandatory arbitration clause detailed below.

14. Mandatory Binding Arbitration
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Services must be resolved through binding arbitration. By agreeing to this clause, you waive your rights to a jury trial or to participate in class-action lawsuits.

By using iQR Scanner Pro, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
